We are committed to ensuring each and every order we receive is processed and dispatched with the utmost care and efficiency. Many of our Contact Centre operators are keen riders, so there is always someone available to talk to if you have a query about size or suitability.

Our website is our online shop window and can be visited at http://www.selwoodequine.com. You have a choice of ways to order through our secure website! For speed, you can use the Search option, which looks though our entire online selection to find you the products you’re looking for. You can type in the product code of the items you require if you know them or just type the name of the product.

You can also browse through each of the sections and sub-sections of the site. To make things as easy as possible, we have tried to organise the site as closely to our catalogue as we can.

The items are added to your Shopping Basket. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you’ve made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase. It’s that easy!

If you prefer to place your order offline, you may order by Phone: 01284 852244. Our Customer Service Team are ready to take your order. For speed and efficiency we suggest you have the following to hand:

1. The product name of each item you require.
2. The size and colour of the items you require.
3. Your credit/debit card details

Credit Card or Debit Card: Please print your card number in the boxes provided along with the relevant expiry date and issue numbers where applicable. Remember Credit/Debit cards will only charge for the items that we are able to send you, at the time your order is processed.

Delivery and handling
Our skilled warehouse staff will pick and pack your order as soon as it arrives with us. You order will be packed with care and respect and will be dispatched with our courier as soon as possible. Most items arrive within 3-5 days of order. Our courier service is a signed for service.

Price Changes
Every effort is made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.

Value Added Tax
Prices shown include VAT of 20% where applicable. Selwood Equine reserve the right to alter prices shown in this catalogue in the event of a change in the level of VAT.
