Sending Returns

Simple, Fast & Cheap Exchange or Returns

We understand that clothing is very personal and fit varies from item to item, so to help give you confidence we are happy to offer a full refund on items returned within 14 days, or an exchange on items returned with 30 days. Please note all return postage costs are the customers responsibility.

In order to help us process your return we request that you complete the returns form in full and provide contact details for you. If you need to speak to us you can do by using our live chat service online. We can make a note on our system against your order and expedite the processing of your return for an exchange or refund.

30 Day Exchange or 14 Day Refund

If you did not receive a returns form in your parcel and you inform us you wish to send a return for exchange or refund then we can create a returns form and email this to you or send via live chat. Please note all return postage costs are the customers responsibility.

You can of course opt to return the parcel in person to our office, or send it back by royal mail, other courier or parcel post, but we advise you ensure you get proof of postage and adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note – all BLACK FRIDAY purchases are subject to standard returns policy and no extensions are created. At Christmas time we run standard returns and exchanges – no extensions.
