14 Day Returns Policy

We believe in an open and fair returns policy that enables our customers to purchase with confidence and return with ease. We understand that not all clothing purchased online will fit first time, so if you check and try your purchase as soon as it arrives and wish to return or exchange it then we are here to help you. We offer the following returns policy.

Refund or Exchange
Just return your unwanted item(s) within 14 working days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods* for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange. Please complete the form fully with order references and contact details for you so we can process it fully once received.

*You must return the item(s) within 14 working days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods in a new and unused condition – this means labels and tags attached.

Seasonal Returns & Exchanges
At Christmas we run our standard returns policy.  For Black Friday we run our standard returns policy.  NO EXTENSIONS GRANTED.  Please bear this in mind if you are purchasing as a gift.

How do you return an item for refund or exchange?
Please visit our ‘sending returns‘ page here for a explanation of how to return an item to us quickly and easily. Our returns policy does not apply to faulty items and this does not affect your consumer rights.

30-Day Exchange Policy
