30-Day Exchange Policy

We believe in an open and fair exchange policy that enables our customers to purchase with confidence and exchange products with ease. We understand that not all clothing purchased online will fit first time, so if you check and try your purchase as soon as it arrives and wish to exchange it for an alternative size or colour then we are here to help you. We offer the following exchange policy*.

30-Day Exchange
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, where any time within the first 30-days of receiving your goods you can return them for an exchange. Simply complete the returns form in full including order reference and contact details and send back to us with the items in question.

Items returned during our 30-day exchange policy need to be returned by you at your cost. We advise that you register and/or insure you returns as we cannot be held liable for damaged or missing items.

Please visit our ‘sending returns‘ page here for a explanation of how to return an item to us quickly and easily. Our returns policy does not apply to faulty items and does not affect your consumer rights.
